Burial or Cremation?

People have a choice of either burial or cremation. This choice can be based on cultural or religious beliefs. For example, the Jewish faith prohibits cremation whereas it is a custom of the Hindu tradition.

Each option comes with choices:

  • Location or specific cemetery/crematorium
  • Grave style – Headstone, Lawn, Vault
  • Ashes resting place – Crematorium, held by the family, or “scattered” at a favourite or special location of the departed.

Tucker & Nankivell offer both burial and cremation services in Rockhampton and the surrounding area. We also offer out-of-area and out-of-State services.
